Family of teen found in Tesla trunk seeks justice as D4vd faces murder charge

The family of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose dismembered remains were found in the trunk of singer D4vd’s Tesla, issued a statement via their attorney saying they want justice as 21-year-old David Anthony Burke was charged with her murder; prosecutors allege he killed Celeste to protect his career, and that she had a sexual relationship with him, with the sexual abuse alleged to have occurred between Sept. 2023 and Sept. 2024. Celeste was a Riverside runaway, and her death’s cause has not been released; Burke has pleaded not guilty.
