Yung Filly Cleared on Rape Charges in Australia, Faces Assault Convictions

British YouTube star and rapper Yung Filly (Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos) was found not guilty on three counts of sexual penetration without consent in a Perth court, but convicted on two counts of assault occasioning bodily harm; the jury couldn’t reach verdicts on three rape charges. The 11-day trial also saw him testify, and prosecutors will decide whether to proceed on the hung counts. Barrientos will remain on bail until August, when sentencing will be scheduled.
