York County nursing home fire call turns out to be false alarm, staff say extinguisher discharged

More than a dozen units were dispatched to Yorkview Nursing and Rehabilitation in York County for a reportedly active fire, but an employee says no fire occurred and that a fire extinguisher discharged inside the facility; no evacuations were reported.
