Fatal Crashes Claim Lives in Cedar Rapids and Lansing

A man died at the scene of a rear-end crash in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, but investigators have determined that his death was not a result of the crash itself. The driver of the vehicle that rear-ended another died, while the occupants of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
