Fatal Crashes Claim Lives in Des Moines and Davenport

Jayvreon Montae Quinn, 20, was identified as the victim of a fatal fiery crash in Des Moines, Iowa. Witnesses reported that Quinn was speeding and driving erratically before crossing into oncoming traffic and colliding head-on with another car. Quinn was ejected from his vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the other car sustained injuries. This incident marks the 12th traffic-related fatality in Des Moines this year.
