Fatal Fires Strike Oklahoma City Over the Weekend

A man's body was found inside a home after a fire broke out in northwest Oklahoma City. Firefighters found many containers with chemicals and some explosives inside the home. Hazardous materials crews and the bomb squad were called to investigate, and they cleared the home. The cause of the fire is under investigation, and a firefighter suffered a minor injury. The fire caused an estimated $465,000 in damage, and no smoke alarms were present or active at the home.
