Multi-vehicle crash causes lane closures and fuel spill on I-40 in Loudon County.

A semi-truck hit a car with two people in it and overturned on I-40 in Loudon County, resulting in injuries to all three individuals and a possible fuel spill. The driver of the semi was airlifted to the hospital, while the two people in the car were taken to a hospital. The cargo in the semi was carrying 42,000 pounds of frozen lasagna. Heavy traffic is expected due to the blocked lanes.
