Tragic Accident Claims Cleveland Woman's Life at Scene

A 41-year-old woman in Cleveland died after being struck by a car on the city's West side. The woman had initially hit a parked car before exiting her vehicle and being hit by another car. The incident is currently under investigation, and no arrests have been made.
