NYPD Officers Save 21 Cats Locked in NYC Van

NYPD officers rescued 20 cats from a freezing van parked on the Upper East Side of New York City. The cats were found in crates and shopping bags, and it appeared that someone was living in the van. The cats were in good condition and were taken to an Animal Care Center for evaluation.
