14-year-old identified as suspect in fatal shooting at Billings carnival.

The victim of a fatal shooting at a Billings carnival has been identified as Kian Manuel Banderas, 20, who died of a gunshot wound to the neck. Witnesses reported a group of juveniles, some wearing masks, chased Banderas as he tried to flee in a car. A 14-year-old boy was initially identified as a person of interest, but no arrests have been made.
