A 15-year-old, identified as a migrant from Venezuela, has been charged as an adult after shooting and injuring a Brazilian tourist at a Times Square store and firing at law enforcement officers while fleeing. The teen faces multiple charges, including attempted murder and assault, and is considered an extreme flight risk. He was apprehended in Yonkers and is also suspected of involvement in two other New York City incidents.
