Accidental gun firing leads to fatal Home Depot shooting in California.

A California woman, Benicia Knapps, is accused of fatally shooting a Home Depot employee, Blake Mohs, who tried to stop her from stealing. Knapps claims that she accidentally fired her gun during a struggle with Mohs. Her boyfriend, David Guillory, was the alleged getaway driver and both face child endangerment charges. Knapps is a licensed security guard with a criminal history involving theft. Guillory has a pending criminal case for stealing.
