Accused Nevada kidnapper and killer dies by suicide in jail before trial

Troy Driver, the man accused of kidnapping and killing 18-year-old Naomi Irion in Nevada, has died by suicide in jail while awaiting trial. Driver, who was in a maximum security cell with no contact with other inmates, was found unresponsive during a routine check. He had been arrested shortly before Irion's body was discovered, and was charged with murder, first-degree kidnapping, robbery, burglary of a motor vehicle, and destruction of evidence. Irion was last seen in a Walmart parking lot, and surveillance video showed a man approaching her car before it was driven away.
