Aiden Fucci's Sentencing for Tristyn Bailey's Murder.

Aiden Fucci, who was 14 at the time of the crime, pleaded guilty to first-degree murder for brutally stabbing his 13-year-old schoolmate Tristyn Bailey more than 100 times in the woods. The judge will announce his decision today on how much time Fucci will spend in prison. Fucci's defense attorneys have asked for a 40-year sentence, while prosecutors want him to spend the rest of his life in prison. Because of Fucci's status as a juvenile, he was not eligible for the death penalty, and any sentence he receives comes with a 25-year review.
