Albany woman arrested in Portland for alleged abduction of 13-year-old boy.

A 24-year-old woman from Albany, Oregon, has been arrested on charges of rape and other offenses after disappearing with a 13-year-old boy earlier this month. The boy's mother reported him missing on April 5, and police found the woman and the boy in the food court of Lloyd Center Mall in Portland on Monday. The woman is being held at Linn County Jail, and the boy has been returned home.
