Arrest made in connection to fatal shooting in Clemson, SC.

A 21-year-old man was found dead inside a car on Old Greenville Highway in Clemson, South Carolina, early Saturday morning. The victim was identified as Logan Nathanial Markis Williams, of Anderson. Khalil Rahsaun Smith, 23, of Anderson, was arrested and charged with murder, two counts of attempted murder, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime, and discharging of a firearm into an occupied vehicle. The victim was not a Clemson student.
