Arrest Made in Fatal House Fire that Claimed Lives of 3 Children

A man has been arrested for allegedly setting a house on fire in New Orleans, killing three children. The mother of the children called 911, stating that their father intended to burn the house down. Two of the children were rescued from the home but died at the hospital, while the body of the third child was found inside the home.
