Arrest Made in Fatal Orange County Hit-and-Run Crash

The Florida Highway Patrol has arrested a 20-year-old driver, Alexis Omar Leon Lima, in connection with a deadly hit-and-run crash in Orange County. The crash occurred early Sunday morning on Edgewater Drive, resulting in the death of a 19-year-old pedestrian. Lima is facing charges including leaving the scene of a crash involving death and injuries, as well as driving without a license causing death. Witnesses reported that Lima and his two passengers fled the scene on foot.
