Arrest Made in Fatal Shooting of Teen at Northeast Side Apartment Complex

Octavious Tomrion Galloway, 18, has been charged with murder after allegedly shooting and killing a 17-year-old at a Northeast Side apartment complex in San Antonio. The victim was found with gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene. Galloway was arrested after a witness provided a video of the shooting, and additional witnesses placed him at the scene. The motive for the shooting has not been released, and Galloway initially claimed he was at another location during the incident.
