Arrest made in murder of missing Texas woman Madeline Pantoja

Mario Juan Chacon, 24, was arrested for first-degree murder in connection to the death of Madeline Pantoja, a 20-year-old Texas woman who went missing on May 10. Her body was found 10 days later. Friends and family suspected Pantoja's ex-boyfriend, who had a key to her apartment, but had not been publicly named as a person of interest. About 100 people protested outside the Midland Police Department headquarters to call for "justice" following what they said was a "lack of investigation" by the police.
