Arrest made in NYC subway attack on autistic teen caught on video.

A 14-year-old boy has been arrested and charged with aggravated harassment, assault, harassment, and menacing in connection with the caught-on-video attack of a 15-year-old boy with autism on a Manhattan subway. The victim was dragged off the train and pummeled on the platform by a group of attackers, including a young woman who is still on the loose. The victim suffered a cut on his lip, pain in his body, and his glasses were broken during the attack. The Hate Crime Task Force was notified because of the anti-black slur that was used. Two suspects are still on the loose.
