Arrest made in viral Bay Area road rage video with racial slurs.

A Bay Area man, Tracy Robert Blackwell, 61, has been arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, with hate crime enhancements, after a video of a road rage incident on Interstate 880 went viral. Blackwell is a convicted sex offender and was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and given hate crime enhancements. The video shows Blackwell repeatedly calling the occupant of another vehicle the N-word and attempting to intentionally ram the victim’s vehicle before losing control and crashing into a wall on the right shoulder of the freeway.
