Arrests made in kidnapping of Memphis man from his driveway.

Three teenagers have been arrested and charged with the kidnapping of a man outside his home in Memphis. The victim was thrown from the car during a police chase, and the suspects were later found and arrested. One suspect is still on the run. The suspects used the victim's debit card to make purchases, including a $1,400 gift card, but the transaction declined. The investigation is ongoing.
