Body of missing teen found in impounded car after four days.

The body of a 17-year-old Wisconsin teenager was found inside a stolen car that had been towed from the site of a crash four days earlier. The driver of the vehicle, a 16-year-old male, was arrested after being treated for non-life threatening injuries. The cause of the teenager's death is being determined by the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office. This is the third time in five years that Milwaukee authorities have towed a vehicle with a person still inside. Investigations are ongoing into how the body went unnoticed.
