Bryan Kohberger to be arraigned and enter plea in Idaho murders case

Bryan Kohberger, the suspect in the Idaho student murders, is expected to be arraigned on Monday morning on murder and other charges. If he enters a plea, prosecutors will have 60 days to announce whether they will seek the death penalty. Kohberger's defense team just added high-powered attorney Elisa Massoth, who is certified to defend death penalty cases. Possible outcomes include a not guilty plea, a postponed plea, or a plea deal to avoid the death penalty. The arraignment may also bump back a scheduling conference and hearing on a defense motion to compel discovery.
