California arrest made in 1984 Florida murder case.

Donald Santini, 65, was arrested in California for the 1984 killing of Cynthia Ruth Wood in Florida. The arrest was made by a fugitive task force after a tip led authorities to Santini. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office had an arrest warrant out for Santini in the killing. Wood's body was found in a ditch in Riverview, southeast of Tampa, and a medical examiner determined she had been strangled. Santini is being held without bond in California.
