Cash App founder's murder suspect's arraignment delayed as details of battery claim emerge.

Arraignment for Nima Momeni, the suspect in the killing of Cash App founder Bob Lee, has been delayed for a week as the defense collects material. Momeni, the owner of Expand IT, was arrested earlier this month and charged with murder. Prosecutors allege that Momeni drove Lee to a secluded area and stabbed him three times. Lee, an executive at cryptocurrency firm MobileCoin, was killed in the early morning hours on April 4 in San Francisco. Momeni was also accused of assaulting a woman in August.
