Chicago Community Mourns After Two Women Found Dead in Alleys

The body of 21-year-old Rosa Chacon, who had been missing since January, was found wrapped and tied up in a shopping cart in an alley on Chicago's southwest side. Chacon was last seen getting into a rideshare in January and her family reported her missing to the police, but they say authorities did little to help them.
