"DA Pushes for Death Penalty in Trial of Cleotha Henderson for Eliza Fletcher's Murder"

The Shelby County District Attorney's Office is seeking the death penalty for Cleotha Henderson, who is charged with the murder and kidnapping of Eliza Fletcher. Henderson is also accused of raping Alicia Franklin, who has filed a lawsuit against the city over her untested rape kit.
