The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has made an arrest in one of the state's oldest cold cases, identifying "Baby Jane Doe" as Kenyatta "Keke" Odom, a 5-year-old girl who was found dead in 1988. Her mother, Evelyn Odom, and stepfather, Ulyster Sanders, have been indicted on charges including felony murder, cruelty to children, and concealing a death. The child's body was found wrapped in a baby blanket, placed in a gym bag inside a cement-filled suitcase, and hidden in a TV console cabinet. The case was solved through genome sequencing and a tip from a member of the public.
