A Detroit man, Deon Ray Thomas, is facing 24 felony charges after shooting two 14-year-old boys, a woman, and a man when the food he ordered was accidentally delivered to their house instead of his. Thomas confronted the people inside the home, and the discussion escalated into an argument, leading to a "gun battle" between the two homes, with more than 30 shots being fired. Thomas is charged with assault with intent to murder, assault with intent to do great bodily harm, felonious assault, and felony firearm violations.
