DoorDash driver kidnapped and sexually assaulted in Tampa, suspect arrested.

A DoorDash delivery driver was kidnapped and sexually battered by a man in Tampa, Florida, before being rescued by her family members. The suspect, Joseph Killins, was arrested and charged with armed kidnapping, robbery with a firearm, armed sexual battery, and aggravated battery with a weapon. He also faces another robbery charge for a separate incident. The victim and a family member who was shot during the rescue were taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
