Driver in Fatal Wedding Crash Had 3x Legal BAC Limit: Report

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division released the toxicology report for Jamie Komoroski, the driver involved in a fatal Folly Beach collision, which shows that she had a blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit on the night of April 28th. Komoroski was driving at 65 miles per hour in a 20 mile-per-hour zone when her vehicle collided with a wedding party's golf cart, killing one person and injuring three others. She is facing felony charges for the collision, including vehicular homicide.
