Elderly Woman's Body Found in Thumb Area, Police Confirm

The body of a 79-year-old woman, Mary Sullivan, who went missing last month, has been found in Michigan's Thumb area. Police were informed by the Tuscola County Sheriff's Office that a body believed to be Sullivan's was discovered near a car belonging to her. There were no signs of foul play, and formal identification will be made after an autopsy. Sullivan's family has been notified, and the police department expressed condolences. Sullivan was last seen driving a gray 2019 Honda HRV in the Bad Axe/Huron County area.
