Endicott Man Receives Federal Prison Sentence for Threatening Marjorie Taylor Greene

Joseph F. Morelli, an Endicott man, has been sentenced to three months in federal prison and three years of post-release supervision for making threatening phone calls to the voicemail of U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene. Morelli pleaded guilty to transmitting interstate threatening communications and admitted to threatening physical harm to Greene. He faced a potential sentence of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
