Escaped Teen Murder Suspect Shane Pryor Captured with Handcuff Key

A teenager awaiting trial for a homicide case who escaped from a Philadelphia hospital was captured with a handcuff key in his pocket, though there's no evidence he used it. The 17-year-old, charged with murder, conspiracy, and firearms crimes, fled from the hospital's driveway and was later seen getting into a car. The driver, 18-year-old Michael Diggs, was also arrested. Pryor's lawyer stated his client's innocence, while his mother urged him to turn himself in before he turns 18 and is transferred to an adult prison.
