Evansville Suspect in Custody After Standoff, Arson, and Child Abduction Attempt

A nearly two-hour standoff in Evansville, Indiana, ended with a suspect in custody after U.S. Marshals attempted to serve a warrant on him. The suspect refused to come out, claiming he had guns and two other people were in the home. Negotiations were successful, and the suspect, identified as 46-year-old Quinyatte Harrell, was taken into custody for sex offender registration violation and a parole violation.
