Ex-cops indicted for murder and manslaughter in Keith Murriel's death, body-cam footage reveals disturbing behavior.

Two former police officers in Mississippi have been indicted on murder charges and another ex-officer on a manslaughter charge in the death of Keith Murriel, a black man who was pinned down and repeatedly shocked with stun guns during a New Year’s Eve arrest. Body camera footage released by officials in Jackson showed the officers struggling to handcuff Murriel as he was apparently stunned numerous times over 10 minutes. All three officers were placed on administrative leave after the incident, with one fired in February and the other two in April.
