Roy McGrath, former chief of staff for former Governor Larry Hogan, is the subject of a nationwide manhunt after failing to show up for his federal fraud and theft trial. McGrath is facing a maximum of 100 years in federal prison for charges he illegally recorded Hogan and stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from state government. The U.S. Marshals Service has released a wanted poster for McGrath, who is believed to be on the run. McGrath's lawyer has yet to hear from his client and his wife is cooperating with law enforcement.
