Fairfax Police Officer Fired and Bodycam Footage Released in Fatal Shooting

Fairfax County officials released body camera footage of an unarmed man being shot by police near Tysons Corner Center last month. The shooting remains under investigation, and one officer has been removed from duty. Timothy McCree Johnson was suspected of stealing a pair of sunglasses from the mall when he was chased by two officers into a wooded area and shot. The footage does not clearly show what officers saw before the shooting. Johnson's family called his death "an execution."
