Family of Florida mom speaks out after no murder charges filed.

The family of Ajike "AJ" Owens, who was shot and killed through a front door, is expected to hold a virtual news conference after the woman accused of the shooting, Susan Lorincz, was not charged with murder. State Attorney William Gladson announced that there was "insufficient evidence" to prove a "depraved mind," which is required for second-degree murder. Lorincz is charged with one count of manslaughter and one count of assault. If convicted of manslaughter, she faces up to 30 years in prison.
