Family speaks out and more arrests made in death of Irvo Otieno at Virginia mental health facility.

Three hospital workers have been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Irvo Otieno, who died during the intake process at a mental health facility in Virginia. The workers, who were arrested on Thursday, are among 10 people charged in the case. Otieno was physically restrained at the time of his death, and the Richmond medical examiner's office identified asphyxiation as a cause of death. Civil rights attorney Ben Crump has joined Otieno's family's legal team.
