Fatal Hit-and-Run: Woman Killed in Birmingham Crash

A hit-and-run incident on Bessemer Super Highway in western Jefferson County resulted in the death of an unidentified adult Black male pedestrian who was struck by multiple vehicles. The initial vehicle involved did not stop, and the victim was subsequently hit by more vehicles. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team is investigating the incident and is seeking witnesses to come forward with any information.
