Fatal Shooting at Tim Foster Park in Far East El Paso Under Investigation

A shooting at Tim Foster Park in far east El Paso left one person dead. Video footage shows a car slowly making its way across the park grounds, believed to be involved in the shooting. El Paso police have yet to release the victim’s age, identity or if any arrests have been made. Three individuals were detained in a separate incident, but it is unclear if they are connected to the shooting.
