Fatal shooting in NE Portland's North Tabor neighborhood leaves one dead and no arrests made.

A man was found dead after a shooting in the North Tabor neighborhood of Portland. The police have not yet identified the victim and no arrests have been made. Homicide detectives are investigating the incident and anyone with information is asked to contact the police. Northeast Glisan Street will be closed from Northeast 53rd Avenue to Northeast 58th Avenue while the investigation continues.
