Fatal Shooting on SEPTA Bus: New Video Released, Suspect Wanted

Philadelphia police have released surveillance video of a suspect and a person of interest wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of 15-year-old Randy Mills on a SEPTA bus. The shooter boarded the bus wearing a hoodie and a full-face mask and engaged in a verbal argument with Mills, which turned physical. Two shots were fired, and the gunman fled. Mills was pronounced dead at the hospital. SEPTA has reported eight shooting incidents so far this year, and there have been three fatalities. The School District of Philadelphia has reported 164 students have been victims of violence since the start of the school year, and Roxborough High School will have grief counselors on hand for students.
