Fatal Shooting Outside Clinton Hospital Claims Life of 20-Year-Old Victim

A 20-year-old woman, Emma Chadwick, who was shot outside MercyOne Hospital in Clinton, Iowa, on Sunday night, has died. Police have confirmed that the shooting is linked to Randy Allen Jackson, who was also involved in a separate shooting. The man injured in the first shooting identified Jackson as the shooter. Jackson was later located in Danville, Illinois, after a vehicle chase and standoff with law enforcement. He was shot by a trooper and pronounced dead at a hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
