Fatal Shooting Outside Downtown Nightclub Leaves One Dead and One Injured

A 27-year-old man was killed and another person injured in a shooting outside a downtown Cincinnati nightclub, with multiple shots fired near the intersection of Race and Court streets. The shooting occurred outside Tulua nightclub, and police believe the club was closing up when the incident happened. The deceased victim, Lamonte Scruggs, was transported to UC Medical Center, while another shooting victim was found with non-life-threatening injuries more than 8 miles away. The owner of the nightclub suggested that the shooters may have been in the club prior to the shooting, and police are investigating the incident.
