FBI Shoots and Kills Minnesota Man During Livestreamed Standoff

Chue Feng Yang, a Minneapolis man, was shot and killed by FBI agents after livestreaming negotiations and his final moments. Yang was wanted in connection with a car theft and animal cruelty case. During the livestream, Yang was armed with a sawed-off shotgun and threatened to shoot anyone who came in. He also had a woman tied to him, who was later treated for a possible fentanyl overdose. Yang had a criminal history and outstanding felony warrants for his arrest.
