Feds offer rewards up to $20K for information on two fugitives.

The FBI and US Marshals are offering a combined $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Roy McGrath, former chief of staff of Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan, who failed to show up for his criminal trial and is now considered an escape risk. McGrath faces an eight-count federal indictment, including wire fraud and embezzlement charges. He is accused of personally enriching himself by taking advantage of his positions of trust as the environmental agency’s director and Hogan’s top aide. McGrath has pleaded not guilty.
